Specialist lifting systems

Glass replaced without a crane

A failed pane forty metres up usually means a crane, a road closure and weeks of waiting. We bring the lifting system to the roof instead.

No crane, no road closure

No street lift plan, no pavement licence, no out-of-hours crane slot to book.

Powered, controlled lift

A Harken powered winch raises and lowers the unit smoothly on a vacuum lifter.

Works where cranes can’t

Courtyards, tight streets, atria and set-back elevations.

Engineered for your roof

Rig design, loadings and lift plan agreed in the RAMS, supervised by an IRATA Level 3.

Drone + AI + rope access

Inspect. Analyse. Repair.

A drone survey captures every elevation, AI software maps every defect, and our rope access team verifies and repairs them. One contractor, no scaffold, no gaps between the report and the fix.

Questions

Rope access, answered

Still unsure what your building needs? Call 07931 406308 and talk to someone who has done the job.

Is rope access cheaper than scaffolding?

For most work at height, yes. There is no scaffold to hire, erect or strike, no pavement licence and far less time on site. A rope access team is usually rigged and working on the first morning.

Can you really replace glass without a crane?

In many cases, yes. We rig an A-frame or davit at roof level, lift the unit with a Harken powered winch and vacuum lifter, and our technicians guide it into the frame from ropes. Every lift is planned and engineered for the building.

Is rope access safe?

IRATA rope access has one of the best safety records of any work-at-height method. Every technician works on two independent ropes, every team is supervised by an IRATA Level 3, and a rescue plan is in place before anyone goes over the edge.

Which areas do you cover?

We are based in Lee, south-east London, and work across London and Kent every week. We also take on projects elsewhere in the UK.

How quickly can you attend?

Planned work is usually booked within a couple of weeks. For failed or cracked glass we prioritise making the area safe as quickly as we can. Call 07931 406308.
